It just now happened again
Last weekend I lost all my boosters on my kindle. I reasked the question hoping to recover. I kid you not, the game opened and once again, I lost everything but strangely not my mail. I keep getting an error message that I am " missing the Amazon app store" which is not true. This is not happening on my android tablet just my kindle where I play the most. I have not updated or reloaded this game. Just trying to play like I normally do. This time I only lost like 20 boosters, lost hundreds last weekend. I am playing high levels like 2105, is anyone else on kindle having same problem ?

Hi there!- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your boosters, I can understand your frustration. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost.
For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.
