can't connect with facebook account

to solve the opening crush problem, I reinstall candy crush saga app, but can't sync level to my Facebook account.

I've got latest veversion of apps, my ipad mini 2 is ios 10.2, I followed your common advice about connecing problem from email, but still not working.

when I authorized my facebook account to the game, the game stay at "connecing to Facebook" page…

how can I get my 2059 level back?

From reading here, I don't think your device is fully supported anymore:

This means that the game will run but it's not guaranteed that it will 100% work as normal. 

Try logging out of Facebook from the app and instead log in via your browser when you connect.
