Swapping between FB accounts corrupted levels
I will ask this question from my mom's FB account as well. #candycrushjumps1300levels
I was setting up my old Android tablet for my mom, Shirley Wong. She is on Candy Crush level 350. I am on Candy Crush level 1756. I logged out of my FB account. I logged in as my mom. Suddenly, her account is at 1756 and I see my icon there, so somehow she got accelerated to 1756. She tried playing but it is too hard for her. How do we get her back down to 350?

I can assist in getting the game progress back in Candy Crush Saga.
Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored.
