Losing boosters

I had to factory reset my phone and lost all my boosters (that I'd purchased) for candy crush saga and soda. Can I please have them back.

Also will dreamworld be coming back?

This level is impossible without gold bars. Any tips for passing? I’ve been stuck for weeks, and can’t get lower than 30/40 left for all items to clear
