All of my progress is lost and I have already tried every suggestion given

I have lost all of my progress and have already tried every suggestion listed on here. I have uninstalled and reinstalled candy crush and Facebook, I have restarted my device and I have turned off the cellular data so it is using the wifi and nothing has worked. I am not sure of the exact level that I was on but it was around 1670. It is also showing that it is synced to Facebook but it is not showing my picture or my friends. I had also just purchased a candy bundle that is also gone.
