Purchased 100 gold bars on 1/21/17. You took my money, gave me NO gold bars

Purchased 100 gold bars in order to add more time to a level that only needed 1 more move to win (after numerous attempts).  Purchase went through, then game restarted, lost progress & ZERO gold bars delivered to me.  But you sure take the money fast!  Want a refund or else my bars ASAP
