The second world button keeps dissapearing

Hi, every time i want to play in candy crush the second world with the owl the button to go to that world is gone. Only wat is to uninstall and re install The app, but than my calendar for free candy / help things resets and I loose my boosters. ..

for bot my iphone as my samsung Android tablet.
