I recently lost all my prizes on Candy Crush Saga, hammers, switch , fish candy bombs and more I had some of the Gold bars I had purchased also. It also occasionally freezes, I play on a Samsung I pad . This happened some time ago an support replaced most of what I lost and helped. If I uninstall and then re install it helps but you loose everything. I enjoy playing but may stop if this can't be corrected.
