when the frog has eaten enough colors to move I can not move him to the top section. I watched a you tube to make sure I was doing it right and it appeared they could just move the frog. Very confused
Having the same issue on a bonus level. Usually you can move the frog thing to an empty square, but it's not working after this last update. I did replay level 1290 and I previously beat the level by placing the frog in the empty squares, but this time, it wouldn't let me put the frog there. Basically, certain levels are completely unbeatable now.

I saw somewhere that it's a glitch on mobile devices. I played on my laptop and the frog still won't move. How do we report this to King?

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
I lost 10 gold while redeem for life at level 15256. Some technical error happened and deducted totally 20 golds instead 10. Pl credit to my account
I've been having trouble with trying to get to the next Ad, because every time I think the Ad is finished and I try to go to the next Ad, it takes me completely out of the game. So, then I lose my chance at the level, and the boosters that might have been able to help me. Any suggestions?
