Why won't candy crush load on the facebook game room?

It was working now it will not load and wants me to update my flash player although windows 10 does not support using flash player.  Also game will not load at all on facebook either.  And when using the Microsoft app it will load but NEVER gives me my mail even if I logout and back in or uninstall the app and re install the app.  Please fix this issue I have played candy crush for many years and made MANY purchases.

If you're on Windows 10 the best thing to do is download the game app from the Windows Store instead, much smoother than playing through a browser window. Is that where you say you don't get mail? If so, do you get the notifications in your Facebook that says you've been given a life?
