My game uses boosters without my consent. And i lost all my boosters.
It keep going on this glitch
Hi Everyone!- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your Boosters, I can understand your frustration. Please note that the Boosters are saved to your device and not the game data. So any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

I finished the music challenge in time and didn't get my 300 bars.

I was on the 9th level and the music challenge disappeared.
I collected all the tapes in the right timeframe but did not get my 300 goldbars. That feels real unfair. Is it still possible to get them? I earned them fairly.

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
