Level 2170 Candy Crush

Level 2170 allows you to purchase time extension, and then the time meter DOES NOT WORK. It stays stuck, and remains. You can rack up points for HOURS and it never ends the game. Please take a look at what happens when you boost the time

I bet I have played a good 30 times. I long ago purchased the little snowman that extends the time on any game that is a time game. Even if I click on to use it, just like you would click on a colored bomb to use before you start the game, it doesn't work. And if out of the blue it decides to work, the game never stops! The time counts down from 60 seconds to maybe 45 or 50 seconds, then bounces back to 60 seconds. Keep in mind that 80,000 points are required to win the game and to be allowed to the next level. Several times I played for 15-30 minutes with the points accumulating into the millions! And the timer just keeps bouncing between 45 - 60 seconds and never counts down to zero so as to pass the level and move on. I tried a different approach by purchasing increments of time and by the 3rd purchase of more time, it becomes stuck again with the countdown of the timer between 45-60 seconds. Before I got to this level I had just purchased your $99 value pack of boosters etc. A lot of money but I love the game and am a Candy Crush junkie! I have been stuck at this level for months and have wasted money purchasing so many time extenders that simply is a huge rip off. Please fix this level and credit me back some boosters. I spent a lot of time and money on this game and shouldn't I expect the behind the scene mechanics of the game to function or not take my money? Thank you for your time. Hope to hear from you soon.
