For 2 days now I'm having problems playing lagging really bad but its only on my tablet, phone works grate my hunny is haying trouble to he says its the operating system which is Microsoft

Do you have Windows 10 on your tablet?

Try using the Troubleshooter app from Microsoft: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-10/run-the-troubleshooter-for-windows-apps  (Please note that you will need to be logged in with your Microsoft ID before you can use the tool)
