levels are not syncing between Iphone and desktop

My I phone and my desktop are not syncing on the levels! Desktop is behind on the levels that I have completed on my Iphone! Just started having this problem! Please help!

If your progress is not loading up to Facebook then you should troubleshoot your connection on your iPhone: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-ios
