level 1837 does not load as shown on youtube. no way to win the game without the little creature

you tube shows the little creature who grows and then you can eventually move him. my board NEVER has one. impossible to clear the level without the creature. HELP

Thank you for contacting King Care! Are you sure it's level 1837? Because 1837 on Candy Crush is timed level with no frogs or "creatures". Let me know which level and if it is 1837, please provide a screenshot of the board with your reply. https://www.take-a-screenshot.org

My level 1837 on Candy Crush SODA has 27 moves, cages down both sides and a creature. None of the videos show 27 moves or cages. It's impossible,. How can you have 2 or more versions going of the same level. There's no way to win it WITH the creature!0
