level 1837 does not load as shown on youtube. no way to win the game without the little creature

you tube shows the little creature who grows and then you can eventually move him. my board NEVER has one. impossible to clear the level without the creature. HELP

My level 1837 on Candy Crush SODA has 27 moves, cages down both sides and a creature. None of the videos show 27 moves or cages. It's impossible,. How can you have 2 or more versions going of the same level. There's no way to win it WITH the creature!
