Candy Crush Saga won't load past 69% in the chrome web browser on all of the computers I manage. I have seen several reports about this on facebook and your forums, starting about 4 months ago, but there are no solutions posted. Our computers run linux but I've also seen people using windows 10, mac, and chromebooks report the same problem. It works in firefox but most people give up instead of trying another browser. If there's any way I can help debug this let me know.

Cezdiamond.....your fix DOESN'T work.....most of it is just fluff.....how about fixing the issue. I have been having the same problem for 2 months and I have done as you instructed above and still not fix. I am on Google Chrome. I refuse to use the other browsers and you shouldn't expect people to do that....you need to FIX this issue with your game.

We have checked our data and we do not have any reports of a widespread problem with our game, I am sorry we are not able to help further unless you follow all of the troubleshooting steps and check the game on another browser.

The problem lies in Google Chrome on a Windows 8.1 64-bit machine.
Has anyone else been experiencing this problem? Please let us know!
