I've played the game for over 10 days in a roll, expecting to get the rewards from the treat calendar, but it just resets without rewarding me. I had happened twice already.

The Treat Calendar is still being tested. Not all players have this right now. Due to this being a test feature, we cannot guarantee it's performance. If the calendar is stuck then you can try some steps to resolve the issue but as mentioned, there are no guarantees. You are still able to play the main game.
