Level 2296

I am on level 2296 and was at 36 points to get my prize. However I didn't get a prize and it started me over at needing 24 points again. It seems like it may be a glitch. thanks

When you collect the candy with the "c" around it and get a certain amount you get prizes. I was at the "36" count but not only didn't it give me prizes but took me back to need to collect "24" again
