Did not receive my whole purchase

I just purchased the Delicious Pack in Candy Crush Saga after having only 1 move left so I could finish the game but after purchasing the Delicious Pack, my game hung and I was unable to complete the level. I had to restart the app and found I only received the gold bars but none of the others in the pack including the mystery gift. Pls help!
