I can't access my level on candy crush

I got another phone and now when I go to candy crush it logs me on to someone else's account who is on level 45 and I was on 740 or somewhere like that. I can on only play on the computer now. I have re downloaded the app several time and still I'm getting someone else's account. I have tried logging into the kingdom using my old email address that is in my setting and nothing come up it says it's not found. Please help this is very annoying

Hi Sheila!

Try these steps:

1) Delete the Facebook app and Candy Crush Saga on your device (please note that boosters and lives will be lost)

2) Close all tabs in your browser and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Clear History and Website Data. Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache

4) Turn on the device and download the game again from iTunes (please wait with installing the Facebook app)

5) Open Candy Crush Saga and you can now connect it to correct Facebook account.

6) Once you're connected you can proceed by reinstalling the Facebook app.
