It starts loading, get's to 69% and then 100% but doesn't open. I have refreshed it numerous times but still won't open. This has been happening for 5 days now. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you have recently upgraded to Windows 10 then it might be an idea to go to the Windows Store and download the game app directly as it's designed to run on Windows 10 OS.
