No idea, the game isn't designed to be competitive in that sense as it would overload devices if they had to constantly load data of all players scores and achievement's. It's meant to be competitive between friends as their player base is too big. You can always join a group though, have seen plenty on Facebook that challenge each other to see who the better players are. Just need to search for "Candy Crush Saga" and go the the "Groups" section.
The current highest level is 2315 by the way.
