I had a problem with my cell phone in which they had to replace it with a new one. After verizon transfered everything over, I noticed that all my data has been lost. My collected rewards and all my coins, not to mention my level that i was on. Can you please help me. Thank-you Robert

Unfortunately, anytime you switch to a new device, your boosters and lives will be lost, because they are locally stored therefore they will not be saved in your data. The only thing that will remain intact will be your gold bars.
Okay as far as your level progress, did it start you at level 1 or just a lower level than where you were at? Also, were you connected through Facebook or through king.com?
Let me know those answers then I'll try to get you back on track.
