not receiving lives from a friend.

The main friend I try to give lives to doesn't even show up in my list of friends. I have even tried searching for his name but doesn't show up. I only have about five friends that play candy crush so it makes me sad that I can't send or receive anything from my friend Neal. Please help. I don't know a lot about all this and I don't know what to do. Thanks

Did you ask your friend Neal if you still appear in his list as well and that he's sending you lives?

Surely if Neal isn't showing up in Shari's friend list.. then she's unable to ask him if she appears on his friends list.. hows she supposed to ask him... Just wondering

They should be able to talk to each other regardless of him not appearing her friends list in her game as they need to be friends on Facebook to begin with. If they're aren't, he certainly will not appear in her friends list in game that's for sure.Surely if Neal isn't showing up in Shari's friend list.. then she's unable to ask him if she appears on his friends list.. hows she supposed to ask him...
