My home pc and tablet have updated but my cell phone has not. I have looked for app updates, restarted my phone and went under settings to force stop the app. This has been going on over a month. Keep contacting the game and they sent me here. Guess when you have a problem you are supposed to find your own answer. I know I can uninstall the app and hope for the best. Did this before and lost a lot of boosters. I don't feel I should lose them again. Waste my time earning them to just keep losing them. Really disappointed !
Hi Rayann- Thanks for posting on King Care. Welcome to the community. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem syncing your progress to your mobile device. Is your mobile device a few levels below your progress on your PC or are you having a problem connecting your game to Facebook.
