i am at 441 in cc saga, but my phone version is still stuck at 440. I tried to restore the app and reconnect to facebook, but still no change. Anybody can help? T_T

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
