The December problem is back with Feb 20 update.

Candy Crush Saga will not load on my iPad, it crashes every time I try. Just started today with Feb 20 update. This is the same problem that was fixed in late December. I have tried all fixes - checked for software updates, closed all other apps, checked available memory - nothing works. Please install the same fix you did in December/January! Thanks.

If it's the same issue then troubleshooting will most likely not change anything, will probably have to wait for another update to resolve this.
