why cant i play on my ipad/iphone

before and after update today, I cant play the game on my iphone or ipad. I can play on the computer. The game loads, then I go to click my level and nothing happens. Usually, when you click your level it takes you to play that level. I cant get it to do that. I also cant click extra lives that friends send, or the quest for the day. Nothing happens when I click it.

We have noticed that players have been experiencing problems with some of our games on older devices, and we understand that this has been disappointing for these players. My device is on your list iphone 7 plus and I still have a problem. It worked yesterday, not today. I got the latest version today of candy crush. I have also reset my phone/ipad. I still cant play.
