How to retrieve lost levels?

I had to hard reset my phone and lost all my progress. I never attached my account to Facebook. I was in the 600s when I lost my progress. Is there any way to get it back? I tried to reinstall the app from Google Play, but it started me back at level 1.

Thank you for the quick response, but I don't have an envelope to click on to retrieve the private message. Do I need to change a setting somewhere to see it?

The envelope should appear in King Care next to your profile icon in the top right hand corner of the screen, please let me know if you need a hand.
