Can you transfer game progress from a deactivated Android phone to your new one using a pc?

My last phone's screen died, but the files are intact. Is there a way to copy my game progress at the file level via USB from that phone to a pc and then to my new phone? This is related to Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Soda Saga, and Candy Crush Jelly Saga. I don't have a way now to go in and back up to the cloud via Facebook or Kingdom account.

6 hour unlimited lives
I saved up my gold bars to purchase 6 hours of unlimited lives and it is no longer giving me that option. What the heck?!!!
I cant paly level no. 10611
I cant play level 10611, because yellow candy not come, its seems like software glitch. Please fixed it
