Tired of paying and not getting prizes on candy crush saga

I will go on face book and tell everyone this game is a rip off ... I pay for prizes and don't get them
then can't contact anyone ... I've submitted questions about this with no response. Candy crush saga keeps taking money on the wheel until it finally lands on 5 extra moves and doesn't give the prizes gotten in between getting the 5 moves but I have to pay for each spin... not happy and not the first time.

If you're having an issue with purchases then go to one of your receipt and use the link that should be in there to report a problem, you'll get answer for sure. That's what I had to do when I lost my phone and needed to get my purchases item replaced.
