I see candy crush is back to its technical stupid problems again.....

Seriously, the treasure chests don't open, stuck on 69%.....If you refuse to fix these problems, then the LEAST you could do is not wipe out the lives in the envelope after we are forced to refresh. By the way the very next immediate refresh works just fine....so the problem is wiping out our stuff! It's so frustrating when you ask friends for lives, get several of them--only to have them wiped out with this nonsense. And it happens far too often.

Really? I've had the odd issue with chests not opening but no issue getting stuck loading on Facebook or King.com for that matter. Do you get the same problem on King.com?
The problem with the lives being removed after refreshing is not something as simple as they choose to do or can deactivate, it's how the game was developed for PC. It's a downside of playing the browser version which doesn't install or store anything locally. That's the reason why you don't that with the game app, only the browser version.
