Unable to access Candy Crush Saga

Unable to access any level on candy crush saga. Using iPad 10.2 and I've updated candy crush twice so far this week yet I'm still unable to play any level. Any resolve without uninstalling and reinstalling? I've worked through the problem solving link to no avail.

    I'm on iPad Air 2 so no issues with device or anything else you've suggested. The game loads fine however its actually accessing the level, and any previous level, that is the issue. I see on different forums a lot of others are having the same issues.

    After careful investigation by our Technical Team we have found that older devices such as the iPad 2, may no longer be fully compatible with our games. With improvements to graphics, sound and the addition of new features in our games, some older devices may not be able to handle the implemented changes. Performance may vary and crashing issues may disrupt the enjoyment of the game.
