Unable to access Candy Crush Saga

Unable to access any level on candy crush saga. Using iPad Air 2 iOS 10.2.1 and I've updated candy crush twice so far this week yet I'm still unable to play level 1707 or any previous level. Any resolve without uninstalling and reinstalling? I've worked through the problem solving link to no avail. I had previously asked this question but the response I received wasn't appropriate to the question as my device and everything is compatible.

Hello Linda,
Could you please confirm what you mean that you are unable to access any level. Do you mean that your progress has been removed or the game crashing when you click to play a level for example.
