I have gotten Jackpot twice and received nothing but a message saying come back for another spin both times. Can you help me on this?

It happen to me. I was super super excited to get the jackpot for the first time and I record it when I click claim and nothing happen. It said "Come back later for another spin". Can someone help me?

The event had 1 day left and just disappeared! I was so close to the finish. Make it right please. Also, you can't chat with the bot on the help center of the app on Android, the bottom screen function buttons cover the text field and you can't click on it to start typing.
