I purchased "candy shop deals" three different times, I get the coins but not the extras! Whats up?

I purchased "candy shop deals" three different times. Each time the coins show up but none of the extras. The first two times were 39.99 deals and today was the 59.99 deal. I need money refunded or extras put on my game or something. This is a ripoff!
