Two step continue game process

For those of us who play our games around small children, is there any way you can enable a two-step continue process for those accidental times that we or our children press the continue button (my daughter has cost me a lot of gold bars)? Maybe introduce an "are you sure you want to continue" screen.

Definitely a good idea as I've found myself accidentally pressing that when I didn't want to. I will definitely forward your request/suggestion to King moderators whom will then forward it to the game studio if they feel it's a worthy cause. Who knows, they may not want that button there, if ya know what I mean. Thank you for the great suggestion!
