My android is stuck at level 2285, which I passed. I've logged out, powered down, powered up. Help?

My game is not progressing past level 2285 on Android phone for over a week now, but is progressing on my ios iPad.

    Does your Android device have the latest updates installed as well? Check in the Play Store manually if you're unsure.
