I recent restored my mom's iphone without knowing that she did not log in into her email account when playing candy crush saga. This has resulted in her losing all the progression. Is there any way to restore her progression?

    I've just sent you a message which you can find by clicking on the mail icon in the top right of the main King Care page if on PC, or tapping the left hand menu if on mobile/tablet.
