Installation issues - iphone ios10

i recently purchased an iphone7 (ios10.2) and tried to install my apps. Othe apps installed successfully but candy crush saga showed no install progress. The install page just shows the hollow circle with solid square in the space where you click the "get" button.

Hi Don- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing some problems installing Candy Crush Saga on your new device.  Please could you try these steps?

- Cancel the install request for Candy Crush Saga

- Log out of the App Store

- Restart your device

- Log back into the App Store

- Try to install Candy Crush Saga again

How do you cancel the install request? I tried hitting the download button but nothing happened. I tried the sign out restart and sign in suggestion but the install progress is still the same. 

I was able to finally install the app by hooking up the phone to my pc and used itunes to install the app. However the app wont update. The situation is the same as when i initially tried to install using app store.

I was finally able to update the app. I tapped on "update all apps" and the install progress moved. Thanks for the help.
