cannot open mailbox

i can't open my mailbox to help my fellows and friends .. some of them rely on me and they can't progress into the game without my help .. please give me a quick solution to solve the problem so i can help them ..its not even that i dont get the requests, in fact i do get them but as i said i cant open the mailbox to answer those requests..yours sincerely
