full sceen issue

Both my husband and I play Candy Crush.  I can play Candy Crush in full screen mode on Chrome but my husband's Candy Crush is unable to be played in full screen.   He is unable to get full screen in either facebook or Chrome games. We've tried playing it in Firefox but still can't get any option to play full screen. We've googled all the 'fixes' and none work (or just are not available and do not show for us to click on and try). We've tried all the usual fixes, and still no luck (even when his is played in Chrome like mine, we still cannot get full screen version). I want to reiterate that we've tried all the usual fixes that are on Google so if any one has experienced the same issue and has found a fix that would be great. We've looked through previous answers on King Care as well with no fix working. Thanks

Hi Kerry- Thanks for posting on King Care. Welcome to the community. I am sorry that your husband is having some troubles with his game.
