I have lost all my progress! I was in the 1700's!
I have been playing for several years and was around 1710 (can't remember my exact level). I have worked very hard to get this high in this game. Several weeks ago I could not connect to Facebook. When I finally was able to connect and the game loaded, I had lost ALL my progress and was back at level 1! I was sent a ticket id # but no further information on what is going on. If someone can please contact me and check in to my situation I would greatly appreciate it. I have been a dedicated player and hope that my progress can be restored. Thank you!
