are other payers complaining about Hot Pink blocking patches ?

i am stock on candy crush jelly level 377 ... not sure why the last 5 (?or so) levels i have had patches of Hot Pink pop up randomly... ? they stop the drop & block ... they (the hot pink) do clear when a match is made at the edges, but not when only touching a corner... ? i have looked on YouTube & none of them have hot pink patch ... issue ??? do i have a glitch or other problem ? ... are other payers complaining about this also ? thank you

Hi Deborah,
Thank you for contacting King Care! Usually you would have to break all of the pink in the box on other levels. This would help on this level however you don't necessarily need them to pass, you just need the required amount of colors to pass. You will be seeing these a lot as you progress your game. But you have to try and make a combo to hit the pink parts that are left, once all the pink is gone it explodes, which would be a benefit for you reaching your goal. It's hard to get the side bottom ones so you'd have to try and make a combo (stripe+package, stripe+color bomb etc.) above or around the boxes to try and get all the pink out. But I think in this level it may just be a distraction since your goal is meeting certain colors.

jilly jill ... i am talking jelly not original crush , so it is a matter of spreading (purple jelly) not a "goal meeting certain colors"
it is Hot Pink patches , that do not appear to be normal when i look on you tube. they pop up around the fish in center when i remove the whip cream & its (cup/pan? ) or what ever underneath the cream is )

Oh! So you're talking about Candy Crush *Jelly* you were in the regular candy crush forum! That answer probably made absolutely no sense to you.
