Days before I reset my setting on my tablet device. After that I realised that I lost progress and I had to start over from level 1. I also realises that I didn't remember if I had sign in in the first time. Also I would like to mention that login problem is not in the account that's connected to Facebook but in an other, for which I asked the same question without reply. The ticket I only received in my email address is 4869477.
