I have paid £15.99 for a mystery deal but have only received the 100 lives and none of the extras.

I have paid £15.99 for a mystery deal but have only received the 100 lives and none of the other bits. I also paid £6.99 for the Dainty Bundle with the same result - lives but no extras. Please look into this as I will want a full refund if you cannot sort it out.
