my candy crush saga app was crashing and not opening so I closed it and tried to re open and my progress is gone. I synced it with my FB account. But, it is defaulting to another FB account I have and starting at level one. I've never used this other fb account for Candy Crush nor am I signed into it. I see the email address is linked but I can't change it on my iphone so I attempted to change it on my computer but its still not syncing on my iphone to the proper FB account to retrieve my progress. Can you fix this ?

Please could you try these steps?
-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again
-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache
-Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)
*Please note that uninstalling the game can cause a loss of in game items such as boosters and lives.
-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser
-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook

The above step might lead to loss of all saved game/progress of Candy Crush and there isn't a necessity of uninstalling both the Facebook app and the game. All you've to do is open Safari and log out of the current acc and exit the browser and then try to log again to Candy Crush you will be told to log in to your Facebook acc. Now log with correct one, and you're done : ) Hope it helps.
