Lost all my booster

Hi, my candy crush wouldn't load so I deleted and reinstalled it on my iPhone. I now have lost all my boosters.Can I have these reloaded. I didn't choose to reload candy crush. Could you please help me ? I'm really upset about this. I had a lot of them.

Hi Camuri!- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am really sorry that you have lost your boosters, I can understand your frustration. Please note that the boosters are saved to your device and not the game data, so you can use them when offline too. This does mean that any updates, crashes or device changes can cause these items to be lost. For this reason we do not recommend storing too many of the won boosters as these can indeed be lost unlike Gold Bars.

Hi, i have exactly the same problem. I play candy crush for years and all my boosters are gone after deleting and reinstalling candy crush. Please help me getting them back!

Same problem here after connecting my King account to Facebook account... Everything reset(booster and messages fr friends tht sent me extra lives )except the my current level 1000+. Please get all back or I leave King.
