Treat calendar on iphone

On my iPhone I get a green check mark each day on the treat calendar but  booster doesn't register when signed in to play the level. Why? No answers appear in this log for this problem- .only answer to similar question says look at your inbox for CC answer.

    I cannot get passed step three. After I click on candy crush app,I don't see"get help from app developers"  to get user I'd.

    When I hit settings, I click Acct settings,apps and then see logged in w Facebook, platform, apps others use and old versions.
